RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY


  1. Please request for return within7days after item/product is received.

  • Name 

  • Email

  • A photo of the damaged/defected part 

  • Product code

  • Billing information 

  • Reason for returning


  1. Goods Sold Products are NON-REFUNDABLE.


  1. Return & Exchange item/product must be new arrivals or regular priced. Unfortunately, all discounts are final sales.


  1. Return & Exchange item/product must not be worn, altered, stained, washed, damaged and MUST be in original conditions.


  1. Quality and material issues are subjective, and we do not promise 100% similarity of depicted items as the actual item.  Pl ease e-mail us before purchase to reassure your doubts. Generally, our illustrated items are 85% similar to the actual item.


  1. What is an unsatisfactory item? Item in the wrong color or size. An item with manufacturing defect. The wrong item that was not in order.


  1. Exchanges are only available within the original country of purchase.


  1. An item such as underwear, trunk & boxer is not included in this return policy due to hygiene purposes. 


  1. All tags must still be attached, and products must be in their original form of packaging.


  1. A sales receipt must be attached to the item being returned.


  1. Defected items can only exchange with "exactly the same pattern, color, and size of the items, unless if there is insufficient stock available. The difference will not be returned if the price of the exchanged item is lower than the original item.


  1. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Unless the return is due to the defects in the item or delivery of the wrong or different item.


  1. The buyer will bear postage incurred for sending the returned item and we, the seller will bear the item we send back to the buyer.
